Summary
Robotnik knew next to nothing about Stone’s wings.
For the past six years, Stone had worn a wing cover every time he was around Robotnik. On or off the clock, his wings were wrapped, tightly clinging to his back - bound together by velcro and fabric.
Stone keeps his wings covered, and it drives Robotnik insane.
All it takes is a midnight work session and an intruder to fix that first thing.

Summary
It was just a one time thing. Everything went back to normal afterwards, as if nothing had ever happened, and Stone was fine with that. Really, he was. One night was more than he'd expected to get, so he should be happy, not moping around the crab like a kicked puppy.
It was fine.
Until he was staring down at a positive test, the two small lines taunting him, and was left with the impossible decision of how to proceed.
