Geralt seeks out the Unseen Elder even with all of Regis's warnings. In order to summon Dettlaff The Elder demands payment of sorts, Geralt will carry his child. In the end Dettlaff survives and moves into the cellar of Corvo Bianco, Regis is conflicted but wants to help Geralt, and The Elder is amused in his cave at the way the three are attempting to court each other.
***This is mpreg and dub-con between Geralt and Elder. Dubious because it could be seen as coerced. Geralt doesn't but Regis does and has many feelings about it. If it is or isn't is left ambiguous***
