Neither Pond are entirely sure why the Doctor hasn't made a move yet, despite them obviously being into each other. However, with a local restaurant emitting strange energy signals, the two semi-immortals are forced together again to talk about their feelings. And go on a not-date.

A man pops out from behind the large, sort-of-round console in front of him. “Oh, good. You’re awake.” The man’s sort of… sickly looking.
“Am I- aren’t I dead?”
“Nope,” the Doctor announces, popping the ‘p’. “Pulled you out just in time.”
OR,
Post Children of Earth, Ianto wakes back up in the TARDIS, apparently not dead. Neither he nor Jack was expecting this.

Summary
Sam bites his lip as Lyle licks over his pulse point, tensing up in a mixture of terror and arousal. He doesn’t want to encourage Lyle any more than he already has. However, he can’t hold back the small groan that escapes when he feels the sharp teeth graze his skin, the touches are soft, surprisingly so for someone who could just hold Sam down and be done with it.
Sam doesn’t know what to do with the realization that lyles trying to make it good for him, too.
