Summary
Sleep was a hard thing to come by in the middle of a large-scale intergalactic conflict. Late night paperwork, surprise incursions, emergency briefings were all equally liable to wake Obi-Wan up before he’d even settled into NREM sleep. Meditation helped with the most concerning after effects of consistent sleep deprivation, but there was really no substitute for the simple medicine of a good night’s sleep.
