Ephemer's memories aren't quite lining up the way they should.

“Do you think we did the right thing?”
Ephemer swallowed thickly. “I think so,” he said, even if he wasn’t sure himself. “The Keyblade War was…awful. We couldn’t save most of their friends from it—but we can at least save them from the grief of losing them.”
“It doesn’t seem like it should be that simple. How can you wake up and just…”
She trailed off, but Ephemer thought he understood. It’d be a strange sensation, he imagined, to just forget people that you once knew. Or have them disappear without explanation. He wasn’t entirely sure how that worked, and he wondered faintly if there’d be gaps where those people had been. If there’d be moments of confusion, or grief they couldn’t explain, or if they’d just lose everything completely.
“I don’t think I’d want to forget like that,” Skuld finished finally, and a still exhausted part of Ephemer realized he wasn’t sure if he could agree with her.

Summary
An AU where both Skuld and Brain end up in Missing-Link-era Scala, rather than just Brain. Featuring lots of Scalan politics, found family, and explorations of how the end of UX affected the characters. Written before Missing-Link was cancelled, so a lot of this likely won't match up to canon.
The main story is "Fallen Stars;" anything else that gets added here is more like an optional side-story expanding the universe and characters.

Summary
An AU where Xehanort spares Baldr at the end of Dark Road instead of killing him, and the consequences thereof.
The main two fics of this series are 'Break Your Heart Like Glass' and 'Fill the Cracks with Gold.' (And they were...originally supposed to be one fic.) Additional fics may be added as I get new ideas, but technically speaking, this series is still considered 'complete' as is.

An incredibly fascinating AU which features familiar characters in a...slightly altered setting. The worldbuilding in this is absolutely fantastic, and is what initially drew me in; it takes some of the stuff from the main series and spins it in really fascinating ways, helping to flesh out the world and create a setting that's simultaneously familiar and unique. The character dynamics and development are also fantastic--especially between Sora, Riku, Kairi, who are the stars of the show. Definitely recommend if you'd like a really cool AU to check out!

A very cool AU exploring what might've happened in Eraqus had survived his battle with Terra! Watching the ripple effect of Eraqus's presence is fascinating, especially once it hits KH3 territory, where things take a very drastic turn. I love seeing how Eraqus gets to grow and change as a character, as well as how all of the other characters are affected by his presence. Highly recommend!

A fantastic character study of Ephemer, and a definite must-read if you're a UX fan. This does such a good job of exploring what Ephemer might've gone through in those days and months after the fall of Daybreak Town, from the connections he forms to his struggle with healing and moving on. The original characters are all amazing characters in their own right, and their relationships with Ephemer are all super sweet. Just an overall fantastic fic that feels like it could easily be part of canon!

Your fingers tap the keyboard in a click-click-click-click. click-click-click-click. rhythm, looping the same patterns your mind is doing. If the world isn’t real, are you? If the world isn’t real, and it’s just made of bits and bytes that mimic real wood and real metal and real keyboards, why? What would necessitate all of these theatrics?
There must be something worth saving or finding or hiding from, in here. You have your guesses. But none of them are very satisfying, always leaving a nagging sense of incompleteness.
You read back through the data from the beginning.

Absolutely fantastic time loop fic! This does so well at getting into Brain's head; the second person format and repetition works wonders here to really drive home just what Brain's going through, and really ties into the idea of being unable to fight fate. Without spoiling, there are some absolute gut-punch moments in here; would absolutely recommend if you want a really good Brain-centric fic.

If you love the Union Leaders, then you'll definitely like this series. It's a very entertaining look at some of the shenanigans the Union Leaders get up to, and features a lot of really funny (and sweet) character moments. A lot of the ideas are super creative, and all of the crew gets time to shine at different points. It's an incredibly fun series, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're a UX fan!
