Summary
Mukul, A human soldier, fallen in the line of duty for a war little know about. Accidentally shot by his scared comrade no less, doomed to bleed out deep in a seemingly endless desert surrounded by gunfire. A pitiful hand to be dealt, yet dealt anyway.
A great power nearby takes notice, intervening to give the poor soul another chance in the best way it could. Transferring his mind into one of a beast yet born, a path of destiny yet paved. Not as a vessel, much unlike most the others, but a Nosk.
Waking up in this new body like rousing from a deep dream, Mukul finds himself taking a new name in a completely new world. A world inhabited by bugs, ruled by a pale Wrym, and under threat of a new light corrupting everyone's minds. A world completely foreign to him. Or it would be, if he could remember who he was. Or anything really, it’s all just really fuzzy to him. Yet, he knows it isn’t right. If only he knew why. And so he stumbles forth, trying to learn and survive in between all the monsters and maybe even a bit of pale politics.
In other words, human gets isekai-ed into Hallownest as a Nosk. Nothing but fun times ahead!

Pharloom is saved from some of the consequences of Silksong's endings by the intervention of an unexpected third combatant. Hornet and Lace bond not in the aftermath of those consequences but in sheer, baffled terror.
