Summary
Agent 002 looked just like everyone else. She was polite, she said yes and please, and could make idle small talk about any number of topics like the weather, sports, or the general state of the world. That being said, she could also name all the most vital areas on the human body that when prodded would end in death. She could also describe to, in detail, how to torture, maim, and murder a terrorist or any number of people she had a passing inkling of dislike- not that she would in latter case. She was flexible like that, her ability to adapt made her a suitable and well respected member of their organization- which is partially the reason she was assigned to a case like this. Forks was a small knit community that would require skill and experience to infiltrate, boasting a population of no more than 3,000 people year round. The class year she would be joining itself held no more than around 150 students collectively, increasing the odds of failure- however to agent 002, failure was not a possibility. When two unnaturally beautiful people fall into her path, compromising her mission, how will the revered Black Widow react.

Summary
Harry potter was tired. Very tired. After almost losing his godfather during the battle of the department of mysteries, who was literally the only trustworthy adult in his life at this point, he was once again sent back to the dursleys. This wouldn't have been much of an issue (It would have but I digress) had any of them bothered keeping contact with him. The headmasters distance, and the absence of his friends and godfather have left Harry feeling just a little (A lot) hopeless. The Dursleys continued mistreatment, his forced isolation from the world he loves seems like it would crush him. Then he receives a letter from Gringotts on his 16th birthday...and the world around him seems likes its crumbling for the third time in his life.

Summary
Peter had been alone for a very long time. May and Ben Parker, his Aunt and uncle- passed away when he was barely a teenager. Growing up with the horror stories of foster care, he swiftly avoided that fate and took to the streets of queens to care for himself. The dirty streets and figurative underground of New York were definitely not the place for a child, they cared not for his age and beat him down over and over again. So Peter grew up quickly. He had no money, or valuables, or a place to call his own- he had nothing to barter with and no significant skills to his name. Peter did many things he never thought he would have to do to survive his situation. He sold himself, drugs, and his own dignity to stay afloat.
It wouldn’t be until he was much older and more aware of himself that he would find his vice. Peter Parker became a name to be respected on the streets of new York in record time, because peter Parker did not deal in drugs or prostitution. He had a more, delicate, niche to cultivate. He dealt in secrets. No one could tell you how he knew the things he did, or how he knew what went down- he just did. Soon he cornered the marker- and the Spider was born from its ashes.Series

Summary
For the first time in two years, captured through cameras and preserved for the rest of time, Spider-man didn't pull his punches. He didn't calculate his strength.

And as he did, the world goes quiet.
Or: how it finally hammered home for Steve that saving the people was just as important as saving the world
Though I recommend reading the first two parts, What it takes (to be a hero) and Making of a hero for a backstory, this can be read as a standalone.

There's a kid roaming around Gotham who looks eerily similar to one of their own. He has his nose, his smile, and his annoying ability of acrobatically removing himself from awkward situations.
So if the kid really is Dick's son, it only makes sense to bring him in, right? Peter's probably homeless, weirdly dusty, and yet strangely steadfast in his lie that his "guardian" is at home just asleep.
"He's just super tired from the trip. Passed out as soon as we got here actually. But he's at home waiting for me."
That has to be a lie. Right?

Summary
Peter seems to remember who he is, his name, his losses, his responsibility as the 'friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man', but everything that led to this moment? That led to being stranded in this foreign place? Half-remembered and hastily stitched together.
Gotham is colder than New York, the faces are unfamiliar, the skyline jagged and grim, and the heroes... strange and foreign.
He is haunted by visions of a dour, inescapable green; his memories muddled and vague. He knows he needs to get his narrative in order, needs to remember it properly, but now Peter has garnered the unwanted attention of Gotham's idolised protectors. And try as he might, he cannot seem to shake them off.
