Dream almost drops the bag of flour George threw into the cart, spinning around from the cupboard to wide eye his roommate.
“What?” He knows what the other is implying, it isn’t hard to figure out the context clues here, When are you and George telling the world you’re together?
“I just want to prepare my mods for any questions about it whenever the time comes, so just let me—”
“Nick,” Dream interrupts him, voice stern, “George and I aren’t together.”
or
Dream and George are essentially together, they just haven't told each other yet.

George stares at him. “See?”
“Like–“ Dream’s heart hammers in his chest. He’s gone too far, he can’t back out now. “How you can– uh. Come multiple times.”
Dream learns something new about George after a night of drinking. He can’t get it out of his head.

Summary
“Dude.”
“It’s not a good idea.” George plays with his empty glass. He wants to pour himself another one. He does. “No- Not right now. Not when I’m stuck here.”
“In Florida then?” Sapnap asks, and it sounds a little hopeful. George doesn’t know why suddenly Sapnap is in the dnf corner, but he doesn’t question it. He feels like he’s not ready for a real answer.
He looks at Sapnap and tries to communicate that he wants to tell Dream, but the unknown of the situation terrifies him.
Dream feels like an ocean in the middle of a quiet night. George knows how to swim and he can see the calm water, but jumping into it is still terrifying. What if it’s too deep, or too cold. What if there are sharp rocks under his feet. What if the darkness makes him imagine things.
And maybe, just maybe, Florida’s sun will reveal that the waves are crystal clear.
“Maybe,” he says, finally.

Summary
George struggles with editing. This isn't new, but he's growing more and more frustrated with the fact that he can't simply force himself to do it. Everything would be so much easier if someone else could just do it for him. Some one he trusts, someone he knows has the skills. Someone like Dream.
In the past George has coaxed Dream into editing for him in a variety of ways, but none of those are all that applicable now that he's home, in Florida. No, now he's going to need to come up with a whole new idea to make the work worth Dream's while.
Or, in which editing is exchanged for goods and services.
