Summary
Red has won, or at least, she should have.
Among the ashes of a dying world, Red finds a letter. It screams danger but Red has never been one to turn down a challenge. Thus begins an unlikely correspondence between our two rival characters hellbent on securing the best possible future for their respective, yet mutually exclusive, realms.
But this correspondence will be dangerous, especially when they mess with the fabric of time. There's still a war going on, after all. And someone has to win that war.

Summary
Eleven years ago, King Christopher Charming of Salamin signed a twelve year agreement with the Crimson Empire in order to ensure his kingdom's continued independence as the threat of the Auradon Alliance looms ever closer. For those eleven years, it seemed as though the Empress had forgotten about the debt owed.
That is until Princess Chloe turned twenty.
Now, the Empress's terms are simple: in order for the continuation of their treaty, Salamin is to send their young princess to live in the Crimson Empire as a part of Her Imperial Majesty's court for an entire year. During that time, Chloe must convince Her Imperial Majesty's daughter, Princess Red, that the treaty is worth renewing. She could hear the beating of her heart in her ears, alongside Stella's taunting voice that lingered behind her. The moment of pure happiness was a freeing feeling. No longer were they forced to worry about the troubles of the school, or about Rosalind or the Blood Witches. Instead, it was just them.
Just the two of them having fun, and enjoying the snow that coated Solaria, much like the rest of the student body. Neither of them would admit that it had nothing to do with the rest of the school, but instead, enjoying the company of one other above all else.
