Summary
When a man with the face of statue wearing the suit of an office worker arrives at Mo Ran’s tattoo shop smelling like booze, Mo Ran expects to do what he always does with drunks who think they can use alcohol to make bad decisions: turn him away at the door… or at least, turn him away once Mo Ran's gotten a chance to see how he flusters in the face of flirtation.
Except, Chu Wanning is more than what Mo Ran first expected. When he realizes that this office worker hides a willow-branch tattoo under his cocktail-stained button up, he’s intrigued enough to offer his services.

Many had wondered how such a powerful man could be gone just like that; it was only with this tomb’s discovery that they’d received their answer.
The pamphlet says that his remains were found surrounded by these portraits, all of them (supposedly) of one man.

“Do you—”
“We’re heading out,” the nurse calls out, cutting him off as they start to wheel the trolley towards the exit.
“Yeah,” says Mo Ran. “See you,” he says, tearing himself away before he asks him something ridiculous. He doesn’t look back.
(When first year orthopaedics resident Mo Ran sends a cardiology consult for a patient one morning, he isn't expecting it to reach the one person he's been trying all year to forget.)

Wei Wuxian finds Lan Wangji on the field. The ball is nowhere near him but he seems to have fallen inexplicably backwards, sitting on the grass as he looks up at the giant screen.
Right up at the footage of him.
(AU where A-Yuan is professional footballer Lan Wangji's biggest fan, and his babysitter Wei Wuxian wants nothing more than to forget his days as the photographer of their school football team, calling out to the captain from the stands just so he'd look around at him.)

He stayed up late to find the constellations in the summer sky and he put glow in the dark stars on his ceiling. He was going to be an astronaut.

Riku was twenty years old when life decided he was going to be a business major. He spent his time hating the bus stop because it was too crowded, apologizing for not going home because plane tickets were too expensive, and forcing himself through another class of spreadsheets and numbers that he had no interest in. With no other option, Riku resigned himself to a life void of silly dreams of becoming an astronaut.
And then, like a typhoon of too-expensive paints and star shaped freckles, Sora came into his life.
