Two issues though. One, Midoriya Izuku has no idea who this creepy stalker psycho is. And two, he is not, and has never been, a hero.
Midoriya Izuku has been beaten down by the system for so long that he doesn't want to help any quirked person - he's too busy barely surviving on subsistence wages.

Very interesting story - all from Jason’s POV. Any summary outside of the tags either tells you nothing or is very spoilery, so:
SPOILER
Tim gets forcibly transitioned into an omega (from alpha) so that Bruce has a Robin that will listen - this is done by surrounding him in nothing but alpha scent (the forced transition (aka bitching) is considered rape from Jason's POV).

"I think you’d find I look better without it," he whispered in Lex’s ear, his finger curling around Lex's wig because he knew Lex was insecure about his baldness. A heat began pooling in Lex’s abdomen, and he could feel himself getting aroused. "I—I," Lex stuttered, his voice cracking at the overwhelming sexiness that was Bruce Wayne.
