Summary
In which the fragile balance of the solar system begins to fall apart. The moons rebel, the planets' relationships twist and tear, and the Sun stands in the middle with blind eyes. It starts with one question, one revolution, and one readying embrace for death.

Summary
With each passing day, it only seemed to get worse. Venus’ taunts and insults would follow Mercury wherever he went, the remains of the Sun’s solarflares would burn into his crust like a brand, and all the while no one else seemed to care. The Earth and Mars preferred to play poker over worrying about him, and whenever he went to Jupiter, the other would turn him down with empty comforts and dull smiles.
Mercury was alone, and it was becoming too much. He tries to become distant from the other rocky planets, then tries to stand up for himself, only for an asteroid to hit him in the face and knock him out. Eventually, he recovers to find that nothing had changed in his absence. If anything, Venus, Mars and the Earth only grew closer, with the three of them playing cards together while the Sun pretended to care about Mercury.
...
He had reached his limit. He couldn’t deal with this anymore. It was torture, being trapped between Venus and the Sun as some sort of twisted plaything, it was torture, to see everyone else not give a shit about him, it was torture—
Mercury wanted to escape.
No- he needed to escape.
And so, one day, he tries to kill himself.

Summary
“I never saw you as a tool, Ganymede,” Titan mutters, asteroids floating by him but not attacking. Neither of them were, they are suddenly caught in a weird standstill. “I…”
He looks away. Ganymede should’ve taken advantage of that, should’ve struck him when he had his guard down, but there is one thing stopping him.
Titan’s cheeks are just the barest tint of red.
—
Titan and Ganymede's battle in the belt goes a bit differently than either of them had intended.

Summary
Deep in the asteroid belt, Titan and the Moon fall in love.
It’s a beautiful, reckless, tantalizing thing, really. It’s something neither Saturn nor Earth would approve of, and definitely not the Sun, but neither of them care. Within the stars and floating rocks and their companions— Deimos, Phobos, and the Dark Side of the Moon, all is well. They are together, millions of miles away from their oppressive pasts, and looking on to a bright future with each kiss and touch and hands held.
But then, the Galilean moons arrive, the Earth tries to fling himself into the Sun, and the entire Solar System seems to flip upside down.
—
“I believe in you. Remember me. Remember who you are, Titan, and never let them corrupt you.”
“…same goes for you, Lune.”
