‘Due to its infamously icy weather, many artefacts from the ancient kingdom of Rivendell are near-perfectly preserved. These artefacts include multiple pieces of armoury, expertly made pieces of classic elven jewellery and my most recent discovery, the diary of the former and final king of Rivendell dated before the catastrophic event known as the Rapture. The pages of this diary are still legible and give an insight into the daily life of the elven king, including a strong alliance with a fellow ruler, The Codfather.’
