Caroline Forbes isn't special, except she could see people who weren't there. Not every ghost it isn't like she goes to the cemetery and sees a bunch of dead people. Just two mostly, a kind of psychotic one and a quiet sullen one. And the worst part is they won't leave her alone, they can't.

Gandalf had asked his most trusted companions to take part to the most dangerous quest. Thus, he managed to gather an alliance of Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits and Men to destroy the One Ring. Among those he trusted the most, is Theora of Rohan, a Shieldmaiden. Without second thought, she joins the quest. Her first task is to ride to Bree to help a Ranger against the Ringwraiths, but she is delayed.
