Summary
Evan Buckley is a lot of things.
First and foremost, he’s Buck. He’s always been Buck, and he’s proud to be Buck even if it gets him into trouble rather often. He’s brave, and bullheaded, and a little awkward, but he’s got a heart of gold and everyone at the 118 and their circle of friends knows it. He’s bisexual, actually, and that’s been a bit of a new discovery, but thus far it’s going well for him and Tommy. It was a little rocky at the beginning, but Buck is happy with Tommy and he feels warm every time Tommy calls him cute.
Buck knows what it feels like to be called hot. He’s attractive, he knows it. Him and Eddie both are conventionally attractive hot firefighters. They fluster girls on calls just by existing, and Buck won’t lie, he preens under the attention he gets… and then there’s Tommy. Tommy calls him cute, he calls him adorable. Buck has never felt adorable. The word feels too small for someone such as himself.

Summary
Phil and Missa weren’t the types to fight. Both of them were calm, level-headed, and rational, resorting to peace before violence unless the latter was absolutely necessary. Honestly, out of all of the original egg pairings, they were probably doing the best, family wise.
Maybe that’s why things got this bad.
Or, Phil and Missa get into a fight. Fit is there to pick up the pieces of Phil's broken family.

He ducked behind a tree trunk once he’d put some distance between himself and the group, pressing his back against the bark as he took deep steady breaths. He waited for the shouting to start, for his name to echo through the trees. But when that didn’t happen, he reached up for the first tree branch above his head.
He used to think that he was born to climb. Back when he was a kid and didn’t know much beyond the fence of Hell’s Gate, he spent every day climbing the trees at the edge of the boundary. He climbed until it became second nature, and he’d reach for footholds on instinct. Now, he shimmied up the young tree with ease, the wet moss a bit tricky to navigate but he managed it.
He crossed between treetops once he was high enough, watching as the recoms finally pulled their friend free. A murmur shot up between them, and their heads turned quickly.
They were looking for him.

Seungmin still has a lot to learn about himself, he's not sure he's comfortable showing the world who he is and how he'll like to behave, but he likes to think it's a work in progress.
He only allows his instincts to speak for him in a very particular way, making it his way to relieve stress and be free. After one of their stylists puts it to shame, Seungmin finds himself sinking down into his own insecurities all over again.
