Summary
Alastor has never denied his own nature. He was a killer. Monster. Cannibal. Although he had his own code to follow, it did not matter - Hell awaited him at the end of the road, and Alastor embraced his fate with arms wide open.
But something happened then, that Alastor did not intend for. He was rescued by the most unlikely being imaginable. An angel of all things sacrificed one of her wings for him, throwing everything Alastor had ever known into question, and now the Radio Demon starts questioning his own values.

Summary
Alastor doesn’t believe in an afterlife. Not entirely, but he knows for sure that if there was an afterlife, then someone like him would never be allowed into Heaven. His hands may be devoid of blood, but his dreams and every waking thought has been consumed by blood and gore.

When Vox's head is ripped off, he's sent back in time... To the moment right before he (unknowingly) breaks Alastor's contract. He won't make the same mistake again.

Alastor talked slowly, as if talking to a frightened dog. “Are you alright, my good man? Perhaps your screen needs a touch up, again.”
What he wasn't understanding was why Vox was looking at him with such wide, horrified eyes.
After Vox’s failed uprising, heaven punishes him accordingly by stripping him of his powers. For months, he’s at the mercy of an angry Velvette, and a furious Valentino.
He's gifted a do-over, starting on the worst night of his life; Past Alastor is none the wiser.
