The water runs brown for a while after he gets in. Jud isn’t one for long showers, but he figured that he had earned this with how these past few days had gone. After all, there would be a noticeable decrease in the church’s water bill if anything. He pushes his head back under the water at the thought, rubbing his hands roughly across his face.

Jud is having a hard time coping with the recent events at Our Lady of Perpetual Fortitude, but at least he has company.

The stammer was a nice touch, he couldn't help but think, attention still on Tsukasa's performance; Tsukasa playing the role of an anxious, nervous wreck of a scientist would've been unthinkable a few years ago, but nowadays, it almost felt like it came naturally to him. He didn't sound like Tsukasa at all, not for a moment—the glow of pride Rui felt was almost as warm as the glow given off by his soldering iron as he turned it on.
"'And…! And given th… that pride, I—' Rui, are you not wearing goggles while using a soldering iron?"
The shift from the scientist (meek, stammering) to Tsukasa Tenma (loud, certain) was so sudden that Rui dropped said soldering iron.
Ten years later, Wonderlands×Showtime has broken up to allow each of its members to chase their own personal dreams.
This has changed absolutely nothing about their relationships with each other.
Or: the many ways WxS still helps each other, no matter how far apart they are.

When bad news about Saki's health pushes Tsukasa past the breaking point, Rui is there to comfort him. But with that past kiss that may or may not have happened hanging over them, Tsukasa feels conflicted.

I turn back to the stove to watch the eggs cook. “So, I wanted to ask, is there anyone coming over today to celebrate?”
He laughs. Laughs. Like the very idea is ludicrous.
“Don’t be silly Mom,” he says. “No one wants to come to my party, and even if they did, they'd be the laughing stock of the school. I understand perfectly! I would never do that to anyone. I'll just decorate my own small cake and eat it by myself.”
Oh.
And here I thought “it breaks my heart” was poetic license. My chest hurts so badly I can hardly breathe.
“Rui…” my husband says.
“Don’t worry, Dad, really!” Rui’s voice is so insistent I almost fall for it. Our son is a talented little actor in his own right. Rui scratches the back of his neck. “Actually, truly, please don’t worry. It hurts more when you pity me.”

“Really? The strangest thing then, your sign reads ‘open’.” The man responded. Tsukasa let Pochi jump out of his arms as the man approached the counter. “This is that little shop that fixes everything, right?”
“Well, yes, but—”
“Perfect.” The man took the hood of his cloak off, revealing messy purple hair with two strands of blue and a pair of yellow eyes. “I happen to have something I need fixed.”
After giving his name away, Tsukasa's forgotten by everyone he's ever known. That is until one day he meets someone that can't seem to forget him, someone that just might have the key to fixing that.

It was always the same: waking up, fixing robots, performing a show or two down the street, and then going back to sleep before he repeated the cycle. He was wasting his youth for the past five years, Rui knew this, but it was too late for him to start over now.
That was until Tsukasa brought him on a two-day trip to somewhere he wouldn't tell.

And perhaps…it was the start of something new.

Horrifying nightmares have begun to plague Alfur’s sleep, but with Hilda, Twig, and his other companions there to help, their friendship can overcome any obstacles and solve any… no? It can’t? Wait, isn’t this a kid’s cartoon? Isn’t Hilda supposed to save the day? Okay fine: Hilda, Twig, Mum, and Raven try real hard to help Alfur but nothing, not even whiskey, is working, so we know this is serious. To get to the bottom of Alfur’s nightmares, the gang must trek back into the wilderness to confront an enemy from their past, dodge the animal kingdom’s (well the Elven kingdom’s) most fearsome beast, and… there is paperwork. Possibly the only redeeming thing about this story in Alfur’s eyes.
