“My gold.” Techno spoke, thousands of voices echoing in his words. Whispering and chattering. His calloused hand reaching up, dragging along the blood that was dripping from Tommy’s neck. Dripping down and burning away in the flames consuming the roots that held him.
The same hand that had fed him and given him shelter, as involuntary as it had been, was gently placed at the back of his skull. Techno’s thumb pulling across the golden earring that now felt like an anchor dragging him below the surface of a pool of magma.
Wearing Techno’s face, the Blood God grinned at him.
Tommy did not regret punching him.

He's been trying his best to not let anything in the market entice him, any interaction could spell disaster for him, but as he’s looking around, he can’t help but glance over one booth, turning away— before whirling his eyes right back over to it.
There’s a bunch of creatures in cages, some that were hard to catch, and some he never knew existed. The cages certainly weren’t big enough to hold each animal it was containing, but he supposes the seller didn’t really care for their comfort.
But as he looked over all of the cages, he couldn’t help but lock his eyes on one in particular.
It.... It was a person?
No.. a tiny person? With.... wings?

Tommy can hear the sound of fire crackling, its warm, he’s wrapped in something soft, this is the most comfortable he’s ever been.
And that’s the problem.
Tommy shot up. The room he’s in has ornate designs on the walls, a fireplace (weird, considering this seemed to be a bed room) a large bed, with fancy, expensive-looking pink, red, and gold sheets and blankets. And another thing, there was gold everywhere.
Tommy’s breath shot up, as thoughts of what the fuck, what the fuck, where am I, how did i get here. Tommy can’t breathe, his head hurts, his chest is tight, his thoughts are a blur. He can't think. He can’t breathe. He can’t-

Tommy is just a normal overworking teen behind a counter, working at a café. His parents had passed some time ago, and with the fuck ton of money left behind he decided to buy a store and the apartments above it, turning the store into a café and giving the apartments above to those who need it.
What he didn't expect, was the attention he slowly gains. Fucking hell, he just wanted to live a peaceful and undisturbed life.
The unwanted attention directed to him was from Vigilantes, Heroes and Villains of all sorts.
By the end of the day, it sort of becomes a fucking clinic at night for all sorts of people and café in the morning.
