Summary
“You really believe all that?” Leo asks, and if Jason were more aware of the world, he might’ve registered the hopeful breathiness in his voice. But as it is, he’s far too focused on the hand on his chest. He nods anyway, once he realizes Leo’s asked him a question.
Leo huffs and leans closer while simultaneously pulling Jason closer.
For a moment, they just look at each other, their noses inches apart. Leo’s breath comes in soft puffs on his face. There’s a hint of a smile on Leo’s face, but the corners waver as if he’s having second thoughts. Jason registers Leo’s eyelashes flickering, and his blood sings when he realizes he’s looking at Jason’s mouth.
Or; Jason is down bad, and Leo might be too.

"Of course," Hades says, and Nico thinks he can see the corners of his mouth twitch upward. Hades sits on one of the couches, waving his hand. A glass, ruby-studded decanter filled with brown liquid, a tray of ice and two glasses appear in front of them.
Hades quirks an eyebrow, and Nico reluctantly joins him. Spending his birthday emotionally bonding with his father is admittedly not what he expected he'd be doing.
"We don't usually do," Nico gestures between them, "This."

Nico groans and rolls his eyes, his shoulders slumping. “I’m not a witch,” he says dryly, “The witch lives about half of a mile that way.”
He points down the somewhat run-down path in front of his home. The girl’s face twists in confusion. “There was only one other cottage along this path,” she says.
“Then you know where to go,” he sighs.
“But… the cottage had flowers and the boy waved at me. And you…” she trails off.
“I what? Don’t have flowers?” he snorts, crossing his arms across his chest.

“Bianca,” he weeps. “Sorella.” He gasps, out of breath from crying, but he can’t stop himself. Slowly, his legs sink to the floor, but he still keeps his grip firm on his sister, not letting go of her for a second.
He hears Bianca swallow in between his own sobs. “I’ve been gone for a long time, haven’t I?” She says, hand resting on his back. Nico doesn’t respond, only whimpers leave his lips. “It’s okay, Nico, I’m here now. Just cry, Nico.”
And cry he does.

Or, when Bianca somehow comes back from the dead, she, Nico and Will are sent on a quest that will hopefully answer some lingering questions. But Nico and Bianca are not the kids that they once were, and things get very difficult as a result.
