How can I begin to tell you about this wonderful fic? It blends Holmes and Watson with Sherlock and John in a truly imaginative way. The paralleling of their stories comes as a surprise, one that leads to insight and exploration and passion. Lots of passion!
The author captures Watson's Victorian cadence beautifully while we readers get to contrast it with the modern John Watson's words. You will pleasantly surprised by the story, I think, as you are living both sets of lives, and seeing the culmination of one and the inception of another pair of lovers coming about.
It's also lucky that ChelleFic has a wonderful grasp of idiom and grammar and language. This is a real treat. Even with the romance and angst that are within it, I — a diehard romantic — was totally swept away. I heartily encourage folks to read this story!

Yes, there a linguistic issues, but you can overlook them easily. There's a quality imagination here that you just have to experience for yourself.
