Karma has had Alice In Wonderland Syndrome for as long as he can remember. It was supposed to go away with age, but, for him, it just got stronger.
Karma refuses to tell anyone because he is embarrassed of it, but when it interferes with his life and the people around him begin to get suspicious, it becomes harder for him to keep it a secret.
