Chicago has always been dangerous, despite the mysterious masked hero who seems intent on trying to keep it safe. When Jane Ives, better known as Eleven, runs into a person from her past, she doesn't expect it to end up leading her to new friends, or to the black heart of the city's most dangerous people.
