Summary

Normally, when he slept in Karasu’s arms, he would fall completely exhausted within minutes, because it was as if his body had perfectly memorized that there, between those arms and that chest, was where real rest happened, and so his body would trigger an immediate blackout of his brain. But that night it didn’t happen; that night his eyes were wide open, fixed on the bedroom ceiling while his boyfriend’s calm breathing tickled the back of his neck.
