Summary
James Potter goes to a masquerade ball to help out his best friend, who is longing to find out what has happened to his brother. But instead of sticking to the plan, he accidentally falls in love with Regulus Black, the very man he was meant to be observing from a distance.
Regulus Black only has a couple months left before he will be married off to a man he hates. So when an unknown, attractive man approaches him at a masquerade ball, he decides to take advantage of what little freedom he has left. Little does he know that the man in question is James Potter, his sworn enemy.

“Hayden, there’s a bun in my oven. I’m going to be eating for two. I’ll be out of commission for nine months. What other ways can I say this? I’m not fucking around with you. This isn’t a joke. I took four tests. I’m pregnant.” Shane said without a smile on his face. There was no laughter between his words. Hayden fell silent for a minute staring wide-eyed at Shane like he had seen a ghost.
