Summary
A long time ago, the four nations lived in peace and harmony. Then everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all four elements, could bring peace to the world once more but when we needed him most, he vanished.
A hundred years have passed and it seems like the Avatar cycle has broken because no air nomad had ever come forward and they never reincarnated as a waterbender.
At least, until now.
My brother, Sokka, was born after all these years. He's goofy and arrogant, but he might just be the one to save us all. And though we're both untrained and inexperienced, I believe he has what it takes to save the world.

Summary
I'm sorry to disappoint anyone scrolling around looking for a story but this isn't it. I read another fanfiction that had this very premise that I couldn't help but make a story just like it in my own head but I can't seem to write it into coherent chapters with detail and dialogue. I just want someone to read this and maybe write it for me. I'll answer any questions regarding the plot or any misunderstandings. My sister tells me that sometimes my writing is hard to understand. I'll probably write this later but I really want someone to write a fic like this.

An uncertain knock comes this time, making Buck realize he's still pressing both hands against it. Still gritting teeth and frowning hard.
"Mr. Barnes?"
"Who the hell are you?" Bucky calls back.
"John Walker," The man calls back, pausing before continuing, "I came to pick you up?"
The brunette doesn't budge from his place holding the door shut as though someone was trying to break it down. He doesn't say a word, staring at the faint lines of grain down the door as he tries to exhale calmer.
"For the apartment? Uh— I'm the guy they assigned to monitor you?" The unsure voice continues.

“I didn't take no for an answer. Not today,” El stated simply. Dustin liked that part of her, the part that wouldn't back down when she wanted something. Not even with the most fearsome man Dustin knew. “He's out there.”
"Oh, God, El. You didn't. Tell me you didn't leave Jim goddamn Hopper out."
“Yes, I did.” She shrugged. “He deserves it. He wouldnʼt let me trick-or-treat on Halloween.”
Dustin chuckled.

“How would you respond?” Mike asked, shoving his notebook towards him that only had the words Dear El scribbled at the top. “If you were me?”
“I’m not you, Mike,” he scoffed. “She’s your girlfriend-“
“Yeah, I know, but just pretend. How would you write back if you were me?” Mike held out his pencil towards him.
Dustin hesitated. He couldn’t let himself do that, pretend that he was El’s boyfriend. Since Suzie it was a rabbit hole he really couldn’t let himself get lost down. But what was the other option? Have El get a shitty letter from Mike that he didn’t put any effort into? She deserved better than that.
So he sighed and put pen to paper.
