“That’s what you get for showing up uninvited again,” Jason said when he found his voice. He couldn’t do anything like this but what was worse was that he didn’t really want to. He could beg himself to fight and resist but it would do neither of them any good.
James’ right hand slid down Jason’s side; fingers slipped beneath the hem of his t-shirt. “You were dreaming about me.” He leaned in so close that Jason could only make out a fuzzy blur of his face and said, “I just came to make the dream come true.”

The keys hit the table by the door with a familiar clatter. It was the sound Jason had been waiting for all day. Not that he were pacing, or checking the clock, or watching the window like some sap. No, he’d just happened to be curled on the couch with their cat on his chest and one eye on the door.

Summary
Jason would say that he was a very patient person, someone who always tried to avoid conflict. He prided himself on those facts. After joining Metallica, it was as if the universe was constantly testing him to see if he would snap. Still, Jason took everything and played nice, every insult and every mean comment.
That was until James started making this little joke during their shows.
What happens when Jason reaches his limit and decides to finally stand up for himself against all of those mocking words?
