Summary
Ace. The star player of the lacrosse team, loved and looked up to by all, aimlessly wanders around in search of himself, unable to forgive his father for walking out of their lives.
Luffy. The local delinquent who keeps getting into far more trouble than it’s worth and enjoys the smallest of blessings despite living in the place designated to crush youthful dreams.
Sabo. The prodigy boy resented for his upper-class status and chained up by his parents’ insane expectations, tries to live out his remaining school life in peace despite subconsciously seeking out thrills and freedom.
The story of three teenagers who come from very different backgrounds and become unlikely friends, somehow making it work.

Summary
Ace has lost so many things over the course of his life; things stolen from him by time, by his own memory, by humans. But none of them are as bad as the loss of his best friend. When a cocky human hunter strolls into his realm with every intent to kill him and the same scars Sabo used to bear, Ace loses his temper. It's not fair that angels think they can taunt him with the memory of his long-lost lover.
Ace is going to teach this little human upstart that he's nothing more than an insulting replacement.

Even after over a decade of growth, he was still the same. Ace knew that fucking hat and those goggles looked familiar. They were the same that Sabo used to wear when they were children. The memory of smoke clutched at his throat—just a wisp, rising high in the skyline, over the skiff that his brother sank in off the coast of the Goa Kingdom. Ace tightened his hands into fists to stop them from shaking while a ghost watched him from across the table with a wan, expectant smile.
