Summary

Four men are given the worst news of their lives: Shindo Ainosuke is dead.
Sakurayashiki Kaoru - heir of the Sakurayashiki Empire and Ainosuke's husband
Nanjo Kojiro - world renowned chef and their closest friend
Hasegawa Langa - Ainosuke's Secretary
Kikuchi Tadashi - a man unknown to them.They are summoned to the Shindo manor for the will's reading. There, they are told Ainosuke was killed and one of them is the murderer. They have 12 hours to find out who. They'll find out they are all way more involved with Ainosuke than they knew.
A tale of love, affairs, friendship, treason, lies and a love's that been decades in the shadows.

He didn’t have to, he never had and Kojiro would always be there.
“No need, us Kojiros need to take care of our Kaorus, it's on the contract" Kojiro caught a tiny glimpse of a smile and saw the sun.Or Kojiro follows Kaoru into the rain after he had a fight with his mother, and like always, Kojiro has to be by Kaoru's side.

It’s only the two waiting to get their suspect. Chatting, bantering, sharing (or fighting for) whatever Kojiro cooked for them.

Kaoru ignored him and kept watching with his black and purple night binoculars at the building in front of them. Kojiro could see the tips of his ears had reddened. "Caught anything, pinky?"

“Oi,four-eyes, what the hell is your problem?” Kojiro snapped.
He had been doing nothing but making sure this day was perfect. Why did Kaoru have to go and make it so difficult?
“You are getting married!” Kaoru screeched at him. Kojiro stood there frozen, only blinking a few times while processing that deranged thought.
“...I’m what?” The 18 year old Kojiro was at a loss for words. After more than a decade of knowing each other, Kaoru still found ways to stun him.
“You are going to Italy! You’ll continue your life there. You’ll finish your studies, get a job and your life will be there. And surely you’ll meet someone and you’ll marry, and get a family. You’ll never come back home. Why does everyone leave me?-”
Or Graduation time is getting closer, and Kojiro and Kaoru are scared of what that means for them. All they want is to hold on tight to each other and stop time.

“Yeah, baby!” Kojirō threw his fist in the air. He nailed the trick!
“You did it, Jiro!” Kojirō got moved with the emotion, he grabbed his pink haired friend, lifting him up and spinning him around. “Oi! Put me down, you idiot!”
“We did it, Ru!” After more spins and laughs, Kojirō put him down but he didn’t let go. Kaoru didn’t try to move either, he had a shy and sweet smile with pink dusted cheeks.
Kojirō’s heart was trying to get out of his chest.
Then Kaoru took a deep breath and leaned in. Kojirō immediately did the same.Or a night of skating with DK MB usual shenanigans, learning new tricks, and taking a chance.
