Summary

With the tides heading back out to sea and the height of the waves so variable, he has no choice but to pull himself by the strength of his forearms along the sand just below the surface. He's so slow like this, encumbered by the weight of air as he never is gliding in deep water.
Mer Crowley dozes for too long on his favorite basking rock by the shoreline. Another creature bounds his way.
