Summary
Kiri and Tsireya never found Lo'ak on that shore, so he has to come to terms with his attempt on his own.
However, after a horrible nightmare, Jake offers to soothe Lo'ak with tsaheylu, something he hasn't done in years. Lo'ak accepts, not thinking about what else his dad might find amongst his swirling, poisoned thoughts.
Or, Lo'ak's struggles with the weight of his grief vs Jake's C- parenting that he might be able to upgrade to a B+ when he realizes how much pain his son is in.

Post ATWOW Jake & Lo’ak healing. Even though Jake is ready to be a good dad again, he’s got a lot to reconcile with his son. Neytiri and Jake are in full caring parent mode but they still haven’t really connected with Lo’ak- who is in a deep depression after his brother’s death and very confused. Angst ensues.
