Summary
Lillian grew up in the small town of Goodsprings, far away from the hustle and bustle of New Vegas. Though she is too young to properly remember when it was, wild. Though only just. She has a mind for tinkering on robots, creating things from scraps, making small toy robots with any parts she could scrounge up. There's more to her past but, that will come in time.
She eventually picks up a few jobs, delivering packages, same as her mother did. But, we all know how she would find a very special package, either by chance or fate, whichever you choose to believe.
