Summary
The whole thing was technically started by "LightyBulb" when he suggested that the OSC fans on Ao3 come together to make an "object show". This resulted in a few people coming together to help write, draw, and more for this miniature series, though the goal was never really to become super popular (rather, to stay as a more humble series).

As of right now, the series is on indefinite hiatus due to lack of writers and lack of time to write. The original post requesting for assistance has been taken down due to being against Ao3's Policy (that basically states "no advertisements" allowed). If you would like to type for APITD despite it being dead for a few years now, please let us know in the comments of the current story!
