Summary
Right after Blitz hangs up after calling Stolas down to Lust to get into Ozzie's, the weirdest shit happens. Apparently a variant of himself from the future tells him how to get inside without running into too much trouble, and should stay that way if he just stays in hiding. Future him insists that he can take care of Stolas so he has nothing to distract him from stalking his employees since Stolas always wants to talk. He's about to go through the back entrance of the loading dock per future him's instructions when the next level weirdest shit happens.

Once again, the message was read and unanswered.
Why did he have to keep pushing? Blitzø clearly didn’t want to talk to him, and why should he? Stolas was not worth anyone’s time and attention.
Pathetic. Disgusting. Unwanted.
Tears poured down his face, and his breath came in short gasps as his mind consumed him so completely that he almost missed the sound of his custom ringtone for Blitzø. He was calling Stolas; he never called.
His hand shook as he answered the call, forcing himself to sound calm. “Hello?”

Summary
In a version of events where (mostly) everything happens the same as canon, just a few months earlier: Verosika Mayday seeks out Blitzø after nearly seeing him die on live television, and accidentally makes friends with a certain former royal owl demon crashing in his apartment.
When she and Blitzø find out Stolas has no idea what Sinsmas is, they resolve to make his very first Sinsmas one to remember.
But the planning stage is secretive and involves her and Blitzø spending a lot of time alone together.
Stolas gets the wrong idea.

“Verosika,” Stolas amended. “I'm pleased to see you as well, and I mean no disrespect, but well, weren’t you… actively stabbing a layer cake effigy of the man in question, last I saw you? At a party you organized, solely dedicated to despising him utterly? Followed by enthusiastic participation in a song naming him nothing more than a ‘motherfucker’?”
She pulled back, then, and stared at him with a hip and an eyebrow cocked. “Yeah. And?”
He opened and closed his mouth a few times. “And nothing, I suppose. Would you like to come in?”

His heart sinks so fast that his nausea spikes even higher, the iced coffee in his stomach threatening to make a reappearance. He checks his outgoing calls and groans, dropping his head with a soft thud as his horns hit the desk. 6 outgoing calls to Stolas, spanning from four seconds at 11:24 pm to three and a half minutes at 1:38 am.
He really had done it again.
Head still on the desk, he turns to the side to continue reading. All of the calls were unanswered, giving him a brief moment of relief - only for that relief to sour in his throat when he scrolls back up to the last call. Because three and a half fucking minutes is the approximate length of a drunk voicemail. A drunk voicemail he doesn't remember leaving. At all.

Summary
Stolas tries to go on with his life after losing everything.
Well… everything might not be the best way to describe it, after all, Blitzø has selflessly taken him in, giving up his own “bed” for him and treating him with the utmost care despite where they had left things off.
Stolas tries his best to express his gratitude even when it takes so much effort to just keep himself together, but every time he tries Blitzø becomes a blushing, babbling mess and the conversation ends right there.
Is there something wrong with him?OR
Stolas can't really be discreet about his love for Blitzø when his pupils are constantly morphing into little hearts with nothing he can do to stop it.
