So, he goes and visits the same underground doctor to grab the dog. What he expected to get was a generation four augmented human.
Instead, a CEL-240 Unit from the IBIS Series, and a Generation 4.5 augmented human?
Why the hell did he decide not to grab the last of the batch earlier? And how the hell did the doctor not know that's an IBIS Unit?
