Kai took a deep breath, his lips trembled again but this time he composed himself. "First… no one interrupts," he said. His tone was gentle but carried an "I'm not joking" energy.Jay immediately raised his hand: "But whaaat—"
Kai raised his eyebrows. "Jay. Please."
Nya crossed her arms. "Say whatever you're going to say, but we're human too, you know, we'll react."
Kai rolled his eyes. "Okay. Then let's agree: I'll tell a piece every day. Either you listen… or you give up."
Silence. The ninjas looked at each other.
Lloyd was the first to give in. "Okay… tell us."
____"This… is where it all begins," he said.
"It was an autumn day.Winter was approaching…"Suddenly, the atmosphere changed; with Kai's voice, even the air in the room seemed to cool.
"There was a small village built on a rocky slope, surrounded by dense trees and bushes. This place… was Ignacia."

One day he escapes and appears back in Ninjago city. But it's not his Ninjago City and no one seems to recognize him, as if he has been removed from his very own existence.

Summary
Cole, the Black Ninja, has been waiting MONTHS for Mr. Chen's Bakery to open. Not just cause he loves cake, but because he's been idolizing the celebrity owner's (Kai Smith) social media for years.
However, Cole wishes he could figure out what's Nya's problem with Kai Smith. Surely, it's not that bad... right? Whatever it is, she'll need to get over it when Kai becomes a target for attacks and kidnapping, requiring the Ninja Team to bodyguard him (but hey, free sweets).
If that's not enough, there's a new player in town. A dangerous high-rank member of the Anacondrai Cult called the Red Shogun who has been hunting down Elemental Masters. Cole really hopes they can defeat him soon so he can focus on cake (and staring at Kai's face).
Meanwhile, Kai doesn't know what's going to kill him first. His work as the Red Shogun, Black's Flirting, or his countless other secrets... he just wants to feed his new friends, damnit!
