Fortunately, Jon is a superhero, because if he weren't... in the end, an honest dance and a night of closeness can solve things.

    He is trying, working his mind to keep up with the conversations Jon likes to carry on, throughout, during, around, their encounters. But it’s audible, he can hear it in his own voice, the rattle of need arcing between the cells of his body. Surely Jon can also hear it. Maybe more so with his superior senses.

    Maybe Jon is prodding at him purposefully, seeing how long he can draw out the moment until Damian begs of his own volition. When he cracks under the desperation and throws himself prostrate to Jon’s feet. Because otherwise, he will carve into his own flesh, rend it from the bone in his attempts to be rid of the burn inside of him.
