Ever since he first spotted the beautiful noble Joshua Rosfield, Dion Lesage knew he wanted to court him. The problem was that Dion was no noble. Summary
With his days occupied in the bakery, and his nights spent helping out at the shelter Clive cooks for, the holidays are a busy time for Dion. He wants this year’s Light Festival to be special, and could use some extra gil; good thing there are always baking competitions to be found, especially now!
Except… why is Joshua entering the same competition! He was supposed to be too busy to participate. If only he knew Dion wanted the prize money to buy a special gift for him…

Summary
The Job System allows but a single Job Class per individual. Though born with white magic, Dion did not think he wanted to be a White Mage, and as a child he abandoned his magical lessons in favor of joining the Dragoons instead. He was happy with his decision, until adulthood and enrollment in university.
Once he saw the absolutely gorgeous Red Mage he could have been taking white magic lessons with, he despaired. But he is still technically a White Mage, and should be able to finagle his way into the class. What could possibly go wrong?
As for the Red Mage, Joshua was equally smitten. And understanding of the dual Job dilemma, for Joshua has numerous Job Classes he wishes to join.
If they can stop daydreaming about each other for five minutes, maybe they can revolutionize the Job System. But that is a big if.

Summary
As magic fades from the world, unsure of their fates, Clive uses his last remaining magic to send Joshua and Dion back in time. To save themselves, to at least have one timeline where they can be happy.
It did not quite work out; Joshua and Dion find themselves in the future instead, where they at least are not too out-of-place because there happens to be a festival going on celebrating and recreating the period they are from
