He was standing in the doorway of the dressing room, his expression unreadable. That alone was enough to set Jeremy on edge—there had never been a time when he wasn’t able to tell what Michael was thinking. He was still wearing that red hoodie that Jeremy had given him for his 14th birthday. It was disconcerting, seeing the hoodie, after everything that had happened. It almost made it seem like nothing had changed.
They both knew that wasn’t true.

He watched Adam get out of the car with a feeling of sickening dread, and then started the car and began to pull away. But he couldn’t take his eyes off of the small, defenseless-seeming figure cautiously making its way to the front door, where Adam’s father stood, his shadow looming ominously over the dead, brown grass of the yard and his son. He tried to look away, because Adam wanted him to leave, so that he wouldn’t have to see him in his shame and brokenness and pain. But he couldn’t drive away, couldn’t leave Adam like this, so he stayed, the engine of his BMW growling in the quiet Henrietta evening.

Summary
Tommy had been on the run for most of his life. Ever since he ran from the Class I sports team he was promised to, from Dream and Wilbur, it was all he ever knew.
Fake names, hair dye and identities. He ran from the implications of breaking a contract he didn’t understand. Breathless from a masked face that he hadn’t seen since he was seven.
But ten years later, on his graduating year of high school, Tommy didn’t want to run anymore.
So this time, he went to a familiar man. Someone who had recently fled from Dream to another university team—L’Manberg Foxes—only with a newly broken wrist. Wilbur.
And perhaps this was the place where Tommy finally wanted to stay. Long enough to win the Spring Championships with a team that finally knew the real him.

Summary
Pearl coughs, and petals float out of her mouth.
She stares at them, panic brewing in her chest. That… is not normal. Tilly walks over, sniffing them, and Pearl pushes her snout away. She kneels, gathering the petals with a gentleness that surprises her.
She goes to dump them off the edge, but can’t find it in herself to let them blow away in the light breeze. She tries to put them into her inventory, but they don’t disappear, remaining in her hands. Finally, she resigns herself to putting them in a chest. But instead of putting them in one of the chests she already has, she makes a new one, setting it down out of the way, tucked in a corner where the walls will be.
The petals aren’t natural, Pearl knows. No one coughs up flower petals. She doesn’t know why she has, but there’s no denying they came from her mouth. So until she figures out why it happened, she’s going to keep them.
She ignores the strange possessiveness that makes her hands twitch, and returns to building.

It had been Tommy and Tubbo for practically forever. They clawed their way out of hell together. They discovered their superpowers together. They started working for the Superhero Guild together before even coming of age. Tommy probably owed Tubbo his life ten times over. So, when the three supervillains he'd been assigned to bring in managed to take Tubbo hostage, well, there was really only one thing to do.
He knew, of course, he was signing himself up for torture and death by offering that trade, but that was okay.
It'd have to be okay.
