“I don’t understand,” Shouta mumbled, “Why do you keep rushing? It’s only been a few days, we don’t need to do anything yet. It’s not me, is it? Am I pressuring you?”
Hizashi shook his head, taking a shuddering breath. “No, it’s not you, it’s—I don’t—” He squeezed his eyes shut, forcing fresh tears down his cheeks.
“Then what?” Shouta asked. “Please, you can talk to me.”
“I don’t want to be scared of you.”
“Scared of me?” Shouta whispered.
In a dirty bathroom at the back of a bar, Hizashi is assaulted by a person with a quirk that lets them take on the appearance of someone else. They disguise themself as Shouta. Now, Hizashi has to navigate the aftermath, while the real Shouta pieces together what happened.

Summary
The moment he entered the classroom that morning, Aizawa knew something was very, very wrong.
The one person who isn’t supposed to be here, is somehow sitting right in front of him, a nervous smile plastered onto his face.
Which shouldn’t be possible, Aizawa thinks, because he vividly remembers seeing Izuku fall off of one of the tallest bridges in Japan, just the night before.
The problem isn’t that Midoriya is here, the question is how is he alive?
Or, every time Izuku goes into a depressive spiral he throws himself off of bridges, buildings— any high surfaces really— and lets himself fall knowing that in the end, Float would automatically activate anyways. (No matter how bad he wished it didn’t.)
One of these days, unbeknownst to him, Aizawa witnesses this self-destructive hobby. (And tries his best to pick up the pieces.)

A raging voice spoke to him in the back of his head. Whispering filth in his ears, further strengthening the pounding on his temples.

Trembling hands covered his ears, a pathetic whimper falling from his lips.
When did breathing become so hard?
When did it become a chore, and not just an involuntary thing he did?
Why couldn’t he breathe?
Or: Trans Male Tommyinnit gets stuck in a dysphoria spiral. Wilbur finds him, and Dadbur angst and fluff ensues.
