Summary
Jason Todd is just...well. He’s furious, has daddy issues that rival Tony's (and that's saying something), thinks rescues should involve head shots, and is running from everything he’s ever known. So naturally when he ends up in the tower Clint wants to keep him just like he kept Pietro and Wanda. Bucky actually comes out of his room to check the kid out so he pretty much has to stay as far as Steve is concerned and, honestly, being as damaged as they are skilled is basically the only thing all the Avengers have in common anyway.
Chapter 6 Excerpt:
Fighting was just kind of what Jason did. It came to him as naturally as breathing did. Things went bad and he responded with his fists.
Not totally AoU compliant, but mostly. Takes place after the Arkham Knight reveal in the game then veers. Everyone is involved but Jason and Bucky/Steve centered.

Summary
Some time after his confrontation with Bruce — after a blade through his neck and a building coming down around him — Jason finds himself in the custody of the Justice League. They're surprisingly amiable, though that may be because Jason just helped one of their members.
Unfortunately, they're also curious.

Summary
What if Jason actually stayed as competent as he was in Lost Days and Under the Hood, and actually reacted to his (ex-)dad slicing his neck open?
What if Bruce actually got taken to task (eventually) for being abusive?
What if people actually decided to talk to each other, and listened to what the other person was saying?But really, it's: what if Jason had a support system; and what if Jason had someone tell him that violence is not how you solve all societal problems.
(And what if I decided that the narrative would be on Jason's side as much as DC's narrative is on Batman's)
(Also, the series is only called Alley Business because I wrote that one first)Incomplete (and the total word count is half of what it says - the chronological order fic doubles it)
