Summary
Tamlin never truly addressed the trauma and memories that have followed him since the aftermath of being Under the Mountain and fighting against King Hybern. With each passing day he slowly isolates himself from his servants, council, and responsibilities, believing he doesn't deserve their trust, loyalty, and forgiveness. Or so Tamlin thinks.
Then comes along Lilith, a mortal healer, found trespassing into the Spring Court, claiming to search for a medicinal flower and nothing else. When Tamlin extends shelter to Lilith, she agrees, realizing the Fae lands are far more dangerous than she anticipated. Lilith, while navigating through the Spring Court and Fae customs, realizes her own shifting perceptions and uses them to gain favor in the Court.
The pair, distrustful and wary of each other at first, learn from one another. Gaining a new insight into how their pasts have shaped their identities and relishing the changes marking their future. A future where forgiveness, love, compassion, and healing will never end.

By far this is my favorite story on AO3. It's story makes you laugh and cry with the characters, and even at some points it wants you to strangle them. Sales is one of the best writers I have met. She has written each character with the abilities of a professional author. This is an amazing story that deserves any praise it is given.

Ash befriends the Inquisition companions while finding her place in this world she's only experienced through a controller. The attention of two specific men, however, make her time in the magical world of Thedas worthwhile...
And terrifying.
