Summary
As she approached the door, the knocking began again. The closer she got, the desperate it sounded.
Rap rap rap rap rap rap rap
As Maddie’s fingers grabbed the doorknob, her mind began to race. When she opened the door, she expected Carl, or Wade, or someone with a pet emergency.
What she didn’t expect was to see Agent Stone in the flesh, sopping wet from the rain, carrying an unconscious Shadow the Hedgehog in his arms. Stone lifted his arms slightly to more clearly show the alien who had threatened the lives of her entire family in less than a day, now completely and utterly helpless. Stone’s words came out in gasps.
“Please. Help him.”When Stone finds Shadow, bruised and barely alive, taking him in wasn't a hard decision. G.U.N. entering the scenario just made things unnecessarily complicated, but keeping Shadow safe can't only be something Stone is aiming for, or Shadow's fall won't come from G.U.N.'s hands, but his own.

Summary
-A rare blizzard strikes Green Hills about one month after the Eclipse Cannon explosion, leaving the Wachowskis with little to do but wait it out. Sonic is struggling with an inner turmoil both in his own heart and in someone-else's, all while having no clue as to who they are; all he knows is, whoever they are, they were alone and desperate in a cave, crying. At the height of the storm, a familiar face is found that no-one expected.
-And Sonic is positive it's all connected.
-As the blizzard wreaks havoc on the outside, guilt and regret are revealed behind crumbling walls belonging to their newest arrival, the pain in the soul too much to bear. What little they can do in the present is negated by the past, and the future of this lost soul is thrown into jeopardy. Time itself seems to slip away to die in the snow, but if the Wachowskis give up on this boy, it won't be the snow that does him in.

On the 23rd of June, 1974, Gerald Robotnik proposed a deal, a creation of a weapon in return for his freedom.
On the 24th of June, 1974, Gerald called for a second meeting. And he proposed another deal, one that he would hope would bring his granddaughter back from the dead.
