If there was anything in this world that Homura Akemi didn't want, it would be talking to Kaname Madoka. Over a year after the two last spoke, Madoka Kaname gets back in her life and starts asking Homura to remember things that never were, and never could be. Alongside this, people across Mitakihara Town begin to go missing, as reports find dead bodies mutilated in ways that no human could ever do - and rumours of monsters begin to grip the general populace. As more and more people go missing, and as the flower of love blooms again, Homura is pushed to the breaking point and learns something's shouldn't ever be forgotten.
