Summary
It's been years since the whole deal with Jinx blowing up the Counselors and the destruction and chaos the broke out soon after. Vi and Caitlyn have escaped and started a new life with a fresh start far away from their past lives.
Now their life is simple and safe. They have their daughter Rosie, uncomplicated jobs, a small town in the middle of nowhere. This isn't what either of them envisioned for their futures, but now that they have it, they wouldn't want anything else.
Caitlyn and Vi finally feel as if everything is settled and secure. That is, until a piece of their former life walks in and shatters every semblance of quiet that they had worked to build for themselves. Now will they be dragged back into the war of their past or will they push it away?
