Zanka is of noble blood, yet pledged his loyalty as a knight to Lord Arkha Corvus, a mere baron. Disowned by his family and hungry to prove he'd made the right choice, he and his fellow knights of the Order of the Cleaners venture to participate in a tournament hosted by a nearby territory. Zanka's only obstacle in making a proper name for himself is the infuriating vassal of Lord Zodyl Typhon, Jabber Wonger. Faced with a natural-born fighter with a talent for getting under his skin, Zanka's new goal is to make it out of this tournament with his dignity still intact (and no confusing, homosexual feelings whatsoever).

Summary
And the cycle begins again—meet, fight, lose, trip, wake up, leave, train, meet. Rinse and repeat. Feet kicking up dirt, bones cracking, blood spilling. Zanka giving everything he has, giving so much he wants to lay down and cry, and Jabber. Laughing. Laughing. Always too fast, always too tough, always too strong for Zanka to actually nail a meaningful blow on. No matter what tricks he and Assistaff pull out of the hat, it’s never enough.
It’s never enough.
Zanka can’t count the amount of scars Jabber’s given him. He doubts Jabber can say the same. Assistaff’s spikes move fast, and but not fast enough to seriously pin Jabber down. Like all that “knock me on my ass, Bad Attitude!” talk is just him bullshitting so that he can see the look on Zanka’s face when he refuses to just lay down and take it.

Jabber was always a jealous person. Anything that belongs to him doesn’t need anyone or anything else.
So why did he never realize that Zanka and Mary Poppins were so close? Why does Zanka look so happy with him?
Jabber boils with jealousy.
Or: Jabber gets jealous over Enjin’s interaction with Zanka, they argue, Jabber begs Zanka, and since they’re equally unhinged, Zanka loves it.

Zanka nods, accepting it like he accepts the buckets of blood they've shared by accident. He tries again:

Huh?
Jabber's eyebrows raise a fraction. Like that was an unexpected wrench in their bi-weekly weirdness operation.
