Ahhh what a pleasure to read. Thank you for writing and sharing this story. I love it when author using colors and mixed fighting actions to describe the atmosphere; it helps with the immersion. And your note and explanation at the end is really detailed. Now I’m curious about the story of the Swan Knight too haha 🤩🙏

What he did see was one dark, iron-clad Knight in the aftermath, drenched in obsidian blood, heaving for breath. The moment those eyes locked on his, Illuga knew this was no nightmare. He could recognize that wicked grin in his dreams.
“Hey, Captain. Fancy running into you here.”
Lohen’s sword, twirled in an idle hand, cut through the moonlight.
“Care to spar?”
Perhaps nightmares are simply the truths that reality refuses to speak aloud, revealed without disguise.

Summary
It started with a simple tug, gravity and Illuga pinning Lohen on the floor. How it escalted to the entirety of Nod Krai thinking he and Lohen were in a "secret relationship" Illuga doesn't know. He just really hopes that Lohen doesn't kill anyone. Though he wouldn't blame him if he did.
