Summary
Isabela has avoided Mirabel since Casita collapsed. The family has settled into a guest house and everyone's roles in rebuilding have been set. Until the construction plans are finished she has a lot of time to herself - a lot of time to try and work out her refreshed sense of guilt toward her youngest sister. Because of that, she decides to make a gift to help herself act, to apologize. And as she's used to, she wants it to be perfect.

“See, after the Miracle almost died out the first time, it grew weak. The Miracle had been scarred in a sense, and with time would be destroyed completely. But my powers showed me how to fix it. I needed to go back to before the Miracle began to fall apart the first time, and keep it from ever being broken.”
It was a lot to take in, many of them had to sit down, unable to cope with the idea of their Miracle being destroyed forever.
Mirabel shared their looks of despair, before taking a deep breath and growing serious. “Tell us what we need to do, Tío Bruno.”
Older-Bruno smiled at her with a rather sad expression, like he missed her even though she was right in front of him.
Then he faced the others. “I need you all to sit and watch. You need to…see what will happen, if something isn’t fixed.”
OR: A 'Madrigal family watches Encanto' because watch-it fics are apparently what I do now.

Craving feral Isa content, so... yeah. Made this. Hopefully going to be some one-shots set in a universe where Isabela was... somewhat wilder when she was young, and later, as a consequence, did not take so kindly to being "raised properly". Probably would've helped if an adult other than Bruno actually listened to her when she got into fights or broke something, though.

Mira was staring out the window with a grim expression, slightly rocking back and forth as she braced her hands on the edge of the car seat. Rumi subtly watched her from the corner of her eye, trying not to irritate her girlfriend more than she already was, but she was getting a little worried.
Suddenly Mira sharply inhaled, biting her bottom lip. She crossed one leg over the other, leaning back in the seat and grabbing the hem of her skirt, all while still staring out of the window.
