Atsushi was an interesting individual. From the fact he is a known enemy of Akutagawa for the past 2 years, he is full of secrets Akutagawa can't understand yet. Like why he's always disappearing off once a month. The entire day, he is unavailable. Other times, it's Dazai saying that he's sick or he's on another mission. But at least once a month, he is just unavailable.
No explanation, no other hints. He is unavailable. Not in his dorm, the agency or anywhere Akutagawa could think of on those certain days.
And always on full moon.

Akutagawa goes on a tiger watch(he stalks him).
