From high above, Pam leans on the windowsill of one of her safehouse apartments, her green skin swapped for her natural tan, red hair billowing elegantly in the wind.
She’s far too distant to accurately see Pam’s expression, but something in Harley insists that she’s smiling down at her, something soft and tender. Hoping that she’s not wrong, Harley presses two fingers to her lips, blows it in her direction. A fluttering kiss between what could be lovers. What should be lovers. From the way her shoulders shake, she can tell that Ivy’s chuckling and wishes she could hear the sound ring down from where she watches Harley, impossibly far away.
Her back is turned to the goons—nobody would see her anyway.

Pike and Una exchange a look. Pike asks, “What would you suggest we do, Ensign?”
Nyota shrugs. “What we can do,” she says. “Be the translators ourselves.”
