Summary
Shadow Milk Cookie has been fighting fate for as long as he can remember. He's so close now to finally escaping Eternal Sugar Cookie's clutches, but he's not quite there yet. So he decides to go along with her silly idea of adding a temporary co-actor on stage, in the hopes it'll give him more time.
What's supposed to be a simple, one-time change becomes a much deeper mystery concerning a cookie who barely remembers his name or his purpose in life beyond his role. And what was supposed to be a distant relationship pulls Shadow Milk into something significantly more connected than he's prepared for.
With the number of shows dwindling (and Shadow Milk's inevitable conclusion to come soon after), will these two find a way to escape the script? Or are both of them bound in pre-written tragedy forever?
